Want to learn how to bake your own fresh, great tasting bread?

3. The Epsom Bakehouse teaching bread making class 2

Whether you’re just starting out, or want to improve your skills, I’d love to teach you how through my relaxed, fun online bread making classes.

Learn step-by-step to bake everything from baguettes to brioche, ciabatta to cinnamon buns. You don’t need any previous bread making experience and you’ll get a detailed recipe, plus a recording of the key steps from the class. Classes have received dozens of very positive reviews from my students – see them on Google Reviews and via my Facebook page.

I’m Rhiannon. I’ve baked since I was young but, after leaving a career in local government in 2012, I re-trained and set up my own bakery from home. From selling bread on the local Farmers Market, I now enjoy passing on my skills through my bread making classes. I love seeing students’ success and the ‘wow’ moment at the loaves they learn to bake.

My focus is on recipes and bread making techniques that really work for you, the home bread baker. Tips that are simple and easy to use in your kitchen. You’ll understand not just how to bake a great loaf of bread, but why each technique works.
