About Rhiannon and The Epsom Bakehouse

Hello, I’m Rhiannon and I’ve been teaching people to bake great bread since 2014. Classes have received many 5* reviews from happy students.

More recently, I started relaxed, friendly online classes teaching everything from baguettes to brioche, ciabatta to cinnamon buns. I love passing on my bread making skills and seeing students’ success and the ‘wow’ moment at the loaves they learn to bake.

My focus is on recipes and bread making techniques that really work for you, the home bread baker. Tips that are simple and easy to use in your kitchen. You’ll understand not just how to bake a great loaf of bread, but why each technique works.

What’s included when I join The Bakehouse membership?

  • A new live online bread making class every month. Each class will be recorded and added to the membership for you to watch whenever you wish.
  • A bank of recorded bread making classes to get you started – ciabatta, baguettes and crusty sandwich loaves – plus a recording of each monthly live class
  • A monthly bread making tip or technique (usually related to the bread you’re learning that month) for you to learn practical and easy to use methods to help you create bakery-quality breads at home
  • An exclusive members’ group (via Facebook) in which you can share your bread baking successes and ask questions

Will I get access to content in The Bakehouse club as soon as I join?

You’ll gain access to the back catalogue of classes and accompanying resources when you join.

Access is currently via membership of the Facebook group exclusively for members of The Bakehouse club. 

Do I need any previous bread baking experience to join The Bakehouse club?

No you don’t!

Classes and resources will advance your skills and give you the confidence to bake great bread at home.

Classes will lead you step-by-step through baking each bread in the membership. There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions in the forum and during the live classes.

Will I need lots of ingredients or equipment to join The Bakehouse club and learn to bake great bread?

No. Recipes and techniques will be aimed at the home bread baker and use equipment you are likely to already have at home – bowls, oven, baking tray, loaf or cake tin.

Recipes for each live class will be sent out in advance so that you have time to buy any additional ingredients.

What if I miss one of the live online classes?

All classes will be recorded and added to the membership so if you miss one, you can watch it back in your own time whenever you like.

You will also get access to any resources included with the class, such as recipes to download.

All other resources in The Bakehouse Club will be available to you whenever you’re ready to watch them, all via the Facebook group that’s exclusively for members of The Bakehouse club. 

Will more content be added to The Bakehouse club over time?

Yes.

Ten monthly class recordings have already been added to the membership, with access via the Facebook group that’s exclusively for members.

Recordings of the monthly live classes will all be made available to members to watch whenever they are ready, as will any other resources added to The Bakehouse club. So you’ll never be short of something to learn from!

You can also request tutorials to be added in, and members will be asked their feedback on future membership content.

Is this a one-off or a recurring payment?

The membership payment automatically recurs each month (if you choose a monthly subscription) or every three months (if you choose a quarterly subscription) from the date of your first payment.

What happens if I want to cancel my membership?

No problem, you can cancel at any time.

If you cancel, no further payments will be taken and you will have access to the membership materials and forum via the exclusive Facebook group until the end of your payment period.

If you later wish to re-join the membership, this will be at the rate charged for the monthly or quarterly subscription at that later date.

If you raise the membership prices, will my subscription price stay the same?

Yes, absolutely. The price you join at is the price you pay, as long as you do not let the membership lapse.

Can I give membership as a gift?

Will I be able to get one-to-one bread baking support as a member?

I (Rhiannon) or a guest baking tutor (with me also present) will lead the monehtly live online classes where you can ask your bread baking questions, plus I’ll be in the membership forum regularly to answer your questions.
