What will you learn to make?
You’ll learn step-by-step to mix, knead, prove and shape a delicious festive stollen.
Before the class, you’ll receive a list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need. This will be kept as simple as possible and I can suggest substitutions where possible.
How long will the class last?
About an hour and a half, with plenty of time for questions.
You’ll receive a recording of the key steps after the class, if you wish to bake along again at home.

Hi, I’m Rhiannon. I look forward to welcoming you on the class.
I’ve been teaching bread making since 2014 and love to see the beautiful bakes my students make.
Where will the class be held?
On Zoom. You’ll be able to see and hear me, and, if you like, ask questions and show what you’re doing too.
Zoom is free for you to use to join the class. Further support will be sent when you sign up for the class.
What if I can’t join the class live?
Join live and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions as we make and shape the dough.
However, if you cannot make the time advertised below, you can still sign up receive a step-by-step recording which you can bake along with, plus a copy of the detailed recipe.
How much is the class?
The class is £24.99 per person. Once signed up, you’ll receive the recipe details and the link to join the class.
What will you need to take part in the class?
You’ll need the ingredients to bake stollen, including bread and plain flour, yeast, salt, butter, milk, nutmeg, sugar, raisins, currants, rum (optional), mixed peel, lemon zest, ground almonds, marzipan.
You’ll also need basic kitchen equipment including weighing scales, bowls, a round cake tin or bundt tin (optional) or baking tray and an oven to bake your stollen in.
