What will you learn to make?
You’ll learn step-by-step to mix, knead, prove and shape a panettone loaf.
Before the class, you’ll receive a list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need. This will be kept as simple as possible.
There’ll also be a very simple first step for you to carry out the night before the class. You’ll receive full instructions for this too.
How long will the class last?
About an hour and a half, with plenty of time to ask questions.
You’ll receive a recording of the key steps after the class, if you wish to bake along again at home.
Where will the class be held?
On Zoom. You’ll be able to see and hear me, and, if you like, ask questions and show what you’re doing too.
Zoom is free for you to use to join the class. Further support will be sent when you sign up for the class.

I spent an hour…creating some lovely cinnamon buns on Saturday morning with delicious buns to enjoy later in the day. The instructions were clear and concise and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I’d definitely recommend.

Rhiannon has an approachable homely style – and she has a real depth of baking knowledge which she shares with her group. I learnt a lot and enjoyed the tips and baking stories that came with the course.
