Hi, I’m Rhiannon. I look forward to welcoming you on the class.
I’ve been teaching bread making since 2014 and love to see the beautiful bakes my students make.
How much is the course?
The class is £24.99 per person. Once signed up, you’ll gain access to the video recording plus downloadable recipe.
What will you need to bake along with the course?
You’ll need the ingredients to bake panettone including bread flour, yeast, salt, butter, eggs, milk, sugar, raisins, mixed peel, orange and lemon, brandy or rum (optional), vanilla essence or orange essence.
You’ll also need basic kitchen equipment including weighing scales, a bowl and an oven to bake your loaf in, plus traditional panettone moulds, or a round deep cake tin.
