Before the class, you’ll receive a list of the ingredients and equipment needed. This will be kept as simple as possible.
How long will the class last?
Up to an hour. There will be plenty of time to ask questions.
After the class, you’ll receive a recording of the key steps that you can follow along again at home.

On Zoom. This is free to access for class participants.
What if I can’t join a live class?

How much is the class?
£19.99 per person.
What will I need to take part in the class?
You’ll need strong white bread flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk, butter, ground cinnamon and light brown sugar.
You’ll also need bowls, weighing scales, a measuring jug, spoons and a deep roasting tin lined with baking paper.
