What if I can’t join the class live?
If you cannot make any of the dates and times listed, you can still sign up for a class and receive the step-by-step recording, as well as a detailed recipe to follow along at home.

You’ll need the basic ingredients to bake Chelsea Buns including strong white bread flour, salt, yeast, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, mixed spice, raisins, currants and light brown sugar.
