The class will last around an hour. You’ll learn how to mix, knead, prove and bake a delicious wholemeal wheat loaf.

You’ll have plenty of time for questions during the class too.

Hi, I’m Rhiannon, owner of The Epsom Bakehouse. You’ll be learning step-by-step from me – I’ve been teaching people to bake great bread at home since 2014.

What if I can’t join the class live?

You can still sign up to receive a recording of the key steps to bake along with, plus a copy of the detailed recipe from the class.
