Sourdough Breads class
This hands-on class will introduce you to all things sourdough. You’ll leave with the confidence to make and bake a range of great tasting loaves at home, plus armfuls of crusty bread to enjoy with family and friends.
What will you make during the class?
You’ll learn what a sourdough starter is and how to make, use and store one at home. There’ll also be tips and tricks to show you how to fit sourdough bread baking around a busy life. Then we’ll fire up the oven and mix, knead and bake five or six breads, learning the basics of bread making alongside sourdough techniques.
A light lunch is included on the day, alongside detailed recipes and notes to take home with your bread.

No date/course changes or cancellations can be offered within two weeks of a course. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone else to take your place.
