Below are further details on how to redeem your voucher and book onto a class. I look forward to meeting you soon!
1. Check out my current class listings and find a date and class that suits you. Please do not book using the links on my class listings page. I have a range of classes from an Introduction to bread making to Sourdough. If you can’t find a date or class to suit, please contact me.
2. Contact me to confirm which class and date you’d like to book. Please quote your voucher serial number when booking. I’ll provisionally confirm your booking and, if your voucher does not cover the full cost of the class, the final balance to be paid.
3. Pay the final balance, if required, to confirm your booking on the class. Please bring your voucher along to the class. I look forward to seeing you for a day of bread making.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy: If for any reason you need to change or cancel your class booking, you may do so up to two full weeks prior to your class. No date/course changes or cancellations can be offered within two weeks of a course – I run a small business and hope you understand. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone else to take your place if you wish to do so, without incurring any extra charges. If I cancel the course for any reason I will refund your balance payment in full or, if you wish, I will do my best to find an alternative course for you to attend.
Vouchers must be redeemed and the class taken by the end of the expiry month stated on the front of the voucher.
Vouchers may only be redeemed against classes run by The Epsom Bakehouse.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
